Kite-Location:
The snug
Kite-Garden-station is located at the beautiful Gardenia Beach about 8 kms (5 miles) north
of the holiday resort Hurghada. Same distance you have to ElGouna holiday resort.
Surfing
area:
Behind a small sandbank, a 1 km (0.6 miles) wide calm water area with a
water depth between 30 cm (1 ft) and 3 m (10 ft) awaits you. For beginners,
there is an extensive shallow water area.
Till 3 km (1,8 miles) offshore you find small sandbanks inside the sea.
In the north you can find a small wavespot!
Wind:
The main
wind direction is north to north-east, which means perfect sideshore and
sideonshore conditions.
Accessibility:
You can
get to the station by taxi or one of the local buses or ask for the pick-up
service from the Kitegarden Team. The ride time is approximately 15 minutes from Hurghada Center.
